Enrollment Reports

The following is a list of reports that can be imported into sqlReports, version 4.3 or higher.  Clicking on the report name will take you to the page with the coding to import.  The screenshots were created from fictional data in a sample database provided by PowerSchool.  Reports with uploaded dates prior to 9/1/16 were originally uploaded to sqlreports4.com.

Current Course Enrollment Information
A report to see which students are enrolled in a course or courses as of today.  Can be run for the current school or district wide. (screenshot)

  Current Course Enrollment with Grades
Report that allows you to choose a course and a grading term, and students in the course as of today, along with their grades will be displayed.  Can only be run at the current school.  (screenshot)

  Current Year Course Enrollments

Dropped Classes - By Student
Report that allows an admin to choose a student from the drop-down menu and see a history of drops for that student. (screenshot)

  Dropped Classes - Current Year
Report that allows an admin to view drops that have happened for students at the school the admin is in, for classes sheduled at that school during the year the admin is in.  (screenshot)

  Dropped Classes - Search by Date
Report that allows an admin to choose a start date and end date, and see any drops for students at the school within that time frame.  It's best to run the report for small date ranges. (screenshot)

Enrollment Counts (9-12)
Shows a breakdown of enrollment numbers by course, expression, and term, with various totals.  Only grades 9 - 12 at the current school. (screenshot)

  Enrollment Counts per Section
The report is based on live schedules and shows enrollment about each section at the current school.  The last column, percent enrolled, is displayed as a color-coded meter graph in the first column. (screenshot)

  Expanded Enrollment Counts
Similar to the Enrollment Counts (9-12) report, but breaks counts down by section, and includes the last name of the teacher and a count of 8th graders. (screenshot)
